Innovation, productivity, internationalization: Harry’s was among the guests invited to the event hosted by the Thuringian Ministry of the Economy on June 20, 2016. Andy Katz-Mayfield joined the Thuringian Minister for the Economy, Science and the Digital Society, Wolfgang Tiefensee and Iris Gleicke, State Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, in a discussion about the opportunities and challenges facing Thuringia as an economic location.

The topics included the competitive position of Thuringia and the major differences between Germany and the United States (e.g. educational system, infrastructure, support services for companies).
