On the panel with the title “Why companies should fear the abilities of the next generation”, Maren Kroll, VP Human Resources Harrys Germany, discussed with other participants from Thuringia’s economy the topic of the shortage of skilled workers and the associated challenges for companies.
The economic congress erwicon addresses companies from Erfurt, Thuringia and the neighboring federal states and offers a platform for knowledge exchange and the possibility to maintain contacts across industries. The congress has established itself as a communication platform for companies and welcomed around 500 participants this year.
