Flower Planting Initiative with Eisfeld Secondary School
On May 27, 2026, we welcomed an 8th grade class from Regelschule Eisfeld to Harry’s. The agenda was packed: company presentation, production tour and a flower planting initiative for the region.
We started with a brief introduction to Harry’s, where the students learned about our company, our apprenticeship programs, and career opportunities. Next came a behind-the-scenes tour through our production facility. They got to see firsthand how our razors are made and experience the modern technology we use.
After a shared lunch break, we moved on to the practical work. Together, we planted a roughly 80 square-meter area with perennial summer flowers, laying the foundation for a lasting wildflower meadow.
This new space will provide valuable habitat for bees, butterflies, and other native insects, contributing to greater biodiversity in the Eisfeld industrial area. For us at Harry’s, sustainability means more than just advancing our production and processes – it also means taking responsibility for our region and our environment.
