At this year’s INDUSTRIE INTOUCH Thüringer Wald on November 5, Harry’s Eisfeld facility was a popular destination. More than 100 visitors took the opportunity to get to know our company in person and see how modern manufacturing, teamwork, and training come together at Harry’s. 

At the start of the afternoon, we welcomed guests and provided an overview of current focus areas, training pathways, and areas of work at Harry’s. This was followed by a panel discussion with employees from different departments, who shared insights into their day-to-day work, responsibilities, and experiences at the company. 

Afterward, guests explored several stations to get a firsthand look at Harry’s and our work. 

Particularly popular were: 

• The Apprentice Tour with information about our apprenticeship programs 

• Guided tours of our production with background information 

• Our HR booth with one-on-one conversations about career paths and opportunities 

• Presentations of our products and the opening of our employee store, offering visitors the chance to purchase Harry’s products 

Together with a total of 30 participating companies, we were able to showcase at INDUSTRIE INTOUCH the innovation, expertise, and commitment that define our region. We were delighted to provide a behind-the-scenes look and connect with people from the area who are interested in a variety of professions and modern manufacturing.
