Harry’s brings joy to children: Christmas initiative for kindergartens

Christmas is the season of giving – and at Harry’s, this tradition is alive and well. This year, our managing directors Gordon Bittig and Florian Schebitz once again visited kindergartens in the region to deliver gifts personally. In advance, each daycare had the opportunity to decide individually which wishes they wanted to be fulfilled.

In detail, the wishes were as diverse as the kindergartens themselves. First, the Weltenentdecker Kindergarten in Eisfeld chose a mobile carousel. Second, the Zwergenhaus Kindergarten in Harras delighted their children with a sound system featuring lighting effects, a disco ball with microphones, and a CD radio. Third, the Sachsenbrunn Kindergarten opted for practical play materials, picture cards, and colorful jugs to brighten everyday routines. Eisfeld’s new mayor, Mr. Christoph Bauer, participated in the official handover ceremony. Finally, for their annual project, “The World of Books,” the Pfiffikus Kindergarten created a cozy reading corner with new partitions and creative accessories.

In summary, the handovers were marked by glowing smiles and joyful laughter. It was a wonderful experience to witness the happiness and see how the gifts will enrich the children’s daily lives.
