At HARRY’S, social responsibility and commitment to society are incredibly important. Thus, at the end of last year, we decided to support the “Bienenkorb” house of the Thuringian Forest Rehabilitation Center Foundation by donating 2,000 €. During the donation ceremony, we also commissioned the Schleusingen rehabilitation workshops to make a bench.

In detail, the Schleusingen rehabilitation workshops enable people with disabilities to participate in social life through work. The projects range from woodworking, which includes our new HARRY’S bench, to (metal) assembly, landscaping, laundry, and spice packaging. We are particularly keen to support the rehabilitation workshop’s mission.

Our managing directors Gordon Bittig and Florian Schebitz were delighted to receive the commission bench.

The new “HARRY’S Chill Zone” invites you to enjoy relaxing breaks in the fresh air. Ultimately, we think that is a win-win for everyone involved. A bench that connects!
