Our departments

The central control unit is the heart and soul of our factory. A connecting link between all departments, we manage the production and plan machine utilisation. We create the necessary production documents, calculate the cost of new products and boost productivity. We are also responsible for supervising the logistics of our raw materials and finished products.

As the heart of the factory, our logistics team takes care of the smooth flow - from material procurement to production control, customer order processing and shipping processing to warehouse management as well as internal and external goods transport. Here, we work very closely with our partners and internal teams to provide our customers with a unique shaving experience with high-quality products.

In our department we are responsible for sustainable and innovative product development, evaluation and project management as well as the establishment of new global standards. As part of the global R&D unit, we are also integrated in new product development and the creation of measurement systems and ensure performance characteristics. As an interface, we work closely with specialist departments in Eisfeld and New York as well as suppliers and oversee the holistic project management within the New Product Introduction.

Our IT department is a reliable service provider within the company. With our three subdivisions - IT Infrastructure, IT Systems/SAP and IT Projects - we support the technical maintenance and further development of operations in production and administration. We use modern technologies, monitor running systems and plan the strategic use of hardware and software. The rapid growth of our company requires constant investment in new systems and infrastructures and we ensure a fast, flexible and practical solution to the demands of our time. A high degree of thoughtful planning, creativity and initiative, as well as the need to set priorities correctly, distinguishes us as a team.

We work in agile and dynamic markets with constantly changing challenges - our marketing activities are correspondingly varied. We work in cross-functional project teams on a national and international level. We focus on customers, shoppers and consumers and concentrate on the stationary trade as well as our online business. The continuous further development of our products and an excellent relationship management motivates us to act.

Our financial accounting department ensures that all transactions are entered into the books promptly and properly in accordance with the principles of orderly accounting. Cooperation with our American colleagues and the utilization of international accounting standards is part of our daily business. We participate in training courses on a regular basis to keep our expertise up to date at all times.

Our main task is the procurement of all goods and services required in the company and for the manufacture of our products. Therefore, we are well networked in the company and work closely with all departments. The special thing about our work is its variety of tasks and contact with a wide range of people.

Industrial Engineering designs production and support processes in the interests of our customers and production efficiency. New technologies and the improvement of existing processes and workflows take center stage. We are the experts for individual manufacturing processes and the associated working systems and their interaction.

Health - Safety and Environment Management deals with the planning, implementation, control, and optimization of operational processes in the areas of health protection, occupational safety, and environmental management.

The HR department represents all interests and processes related to employees, their work in the company, and their development. It takes strategic management to coordinate all employees and ensure that their competences are employed and developed for the benefit of the company. Our tasks further include purchasing, administration and internal communications in all sections of the company.

Our products are characterized by high quality standards. Our core competencies are the assurance of development quality, process planning of quality management in projects, supplier and complaint management as well as the coordination and execution of quality assurance measures in production. With our certified quality management systems according to ISO9001:2008 and IFS-HPC, we ensure that our products meet international standards.
